TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Citywise Property Solutions LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17026397) (“we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“you”, “your”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide property compliance and marketing services including:

  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
  • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
  • Floor Plans
  • Property Photography
  • 360° Virtual Tours
  • Photo Editing & Virtual Staging

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Clients must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the property
  • The property is accessible and ready at the agreed time
  • Utilities are operational where required

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation charges.


3. Fees & Payment

Fees will be agreed prior to service delivery.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request payment in advance
  • Withhold reports, certificates or media until payment is received in full

All prices are subject to change unless confirmed in writing.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, safety concerns or severe weather.


5. EPC Services

EPC assessments are carried out in accordance with current UK regulations.

Certificates are lodged on the official national register where required.

EPC validity is subject to current government regulations (currently 10 years unless amended by law).

We are not responsible for legislative changes after certificate issuance.


6. PAT Testing

PAT testing reflects the condition of appliances at the time of inspection only.

Ongoing safety remains the responsibility of the landlord or property owner.


7. Floor Plans & Measurements

All measurements are approximate.

Floor plans are for illustrative purposes only and must not be relied upon for structural, architectural or legal decisions.


8. Photography, 360° Tours & Media

Media is produced for marketing purposes only.

Minor visual enhancements may be applied (e.g., colour correction).

We are not responsible for how images are used by third parties or property portals after delivery.

Clients are responsible for preparing the property appropriately.


9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud where required by law.


10. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate property information
  • Inform us of known hazards
  • Ensure safe access
  • Ensure utilities are operational

11. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
